My name's Beckett. I'm 17, based out of Austin, Texas, and I've spent these last 10 years chasing bass across Central Texas lakes. Fishing has always been my way to reflect and get some time to myself, while also deepening my bonds with my brother and friends out on the water. It's always been about more than the catch for me. It's about the people and the quiet, both at once.

I started this because I wanted to spread that passion in a way that supports the people who share it with me. I didn't want to wait until after college to start my full-time dream of owning an outdoor retailer, so I decided to start now.

A lot of this comes back to the fishing community itself. I met a local rod and bait maker at a pop-up event with other vendors, and he's always taken the time to help me learn, even with how busy he is. That kindness taught me something that stuck: good gear deserves to find the anglers who'll actually use it, whether it's custom-made by hand or from a brand that's been trusted for years.

That's what this store is about. I stock gear I believe in, from small independent makers to established names I trust, photograph it, write it up, pack it, and ship it from Austin. As this grows, the goal is simple: build the kind of outdoor retailer I'd want to shop at myself.
